If the service provider delays and you choose to cancel the booking, only 2% of the total payment will be deducted as an administrative fee.

If the service provider cancels the booking, the user will receive a full refund, including any fees paid during the booking process.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
